Farewell Kiama

4 days in camp at the NSW south coast town of Kiama has ended and the team bus to take the boys to Parramatta for day 1 of the 2017 Universities World Cup has departed.

It has been a great time in Kiama, the boys have trained hard and played hard, enjoyed some fantastic weather, food and the accommodation & service at Sebel Harbourside was first class. The interest in the team from the locals has been outstanding and WIN TV has featured them (Chris Ostwald is now a TV star!!) in its news and the local paper also ran a story. The fellas have certainly done their bit to help promote the World Cup!

BUT things start in earnest today, a run at McCredie Park, Guildford in the afternoon shortly after which Coach Zimmerle will name his 17 to take on England in Game 1 Friday…… stay tuned.

AURL Side travelling on their tour bus.
